We are happy to open the doors to proposals like this one, which are born from the commitment, passion and experience of those who live the horse world from the inside. Lucas Echeverry will be the one who, in this and every new meeting, will invite us to enjoy this space for conversation and shared learning, with the warmth of someone who opens the doors of his house and waits for us with a delicious coffee.

Episode 19: “Multiple facets around the Colombian Criollo Horse”.

Ricardo Arango has been in the equine guild for as long as he can remember. His family was involved in the equestrian world, but he was bitten by the bug for the Colombian Criollo horse one day, as a child, when he saw Don Danilo in the coliseum Aurelio Mejia through a fence.

Although he studied law, Ricardo has had so many facets that it is difficult to name them all: horse trader, horse breeder, Holstein cattle breeder, troubadour, auction hammer, horse fair commentator, interviewer and farmer at heart. With Ricardo we explored all these facets and he told us very funny anecdotes from each stage of his life. We also talked about the auction of Criadero Dos Aguas in which Ricardo has been a fundamental ally.
