This dissertation introduces the concept of F Balance® in equine podiatry, a methodology that combines consideration of the functional sole with the longitudinal flexibility of the horse’s foot. Topics such as trim levels, lateromedial balance, and barefoot and shod handling are addressed. Through case studies and documented results, participants will learn how to assess and correct equine hoof imbalances to optimize functionality and welfare. Designed for specialized veterinarians and equine podiatrists, this course offers advanced tools to improve podiatric health in sport and working horses.
