The process
How it works
Submitting content is simple. Once we receive your proposal, our team reviews it before publishing it on the platform.

Submit your proposal
Fill in the form with your details, the content you want to contribute and who it is aimed at. You can upload the files or share a link. You can also write to us at info@e-quine.net.

We review
The e-quine ACADEMY team assesses the proposal against quality, relevance and platform standards. We let you know the outcome by email.

We publish
Approved content is published on e-quine ACADEMY and made available to the whole equine sector community.

What you need to know
We want the process to be transparent and to respect your rights as the author of the content.

You keep ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights. Submitting your material does not transfer ownership: you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and share it.

You can withdraw it at any time
Participation is voluntary. You can ask us to remove your content from the platform at any time.

Your data, protected
Personal data is handled in line with current regulations and is not shared with third parties without your consent.

Authorship always credited
Your name and your institution appear on all published content. We do not publish anonymous or misattributed material.
